Who are we?
Krafton Accounting - a business partner you can always rely on

We are a proven accountancy firm based in Poznań that supports business.

Krafton has over 22 years experience in providing efficient and secure accountancy services.

We serve companies with both Polish and foreign capital and can also communicate in English. We have experience working with a wide range of sectors – from service, manufacturing and trading companies, through to transport firms and family foundations. We put customers first and therefore base every business partnership on quality, relationships and modern solutions.

Krafton Accounting is a team of 18 specialists based on a specialised workflow that helps combine reliable accounting with technology and a partnership-based approach.

Justyna Kraft Founder of the firm, accountant and creator of XON

Justyna Kraft has been running an accountancy firm for over 22 years and actively supports other firms in streamlining their day-to-day operations. She graduated in accountancy from the Poznań University of Economics and completed postgraduate studies in taxation.

She is the creator of XON, a software programme for efficient management, xon.com.pl, which streamlines the running of an accountancy firm, the organisation of working time, task management, reporting of results and client settlements.

For the past few years, she has been helping accountancy firms to make the day-to-day work of accountants and HR staff simpler, more effective and more rewarding. She also organises local networking events for accountancy firms to support each other’s business development.
In her spare time, she is a keen badminton player and is up for any sporting (and non-sporting) challenge.
