We began working with this client in 2011 – starting with complex accounting, HR and payroll services. The company grew rapidly until, at a certain point, the decision was made to set up an in-house accounting, HR and payroll department. This is a natural step for growing businesses. However, our collaboration did not end there – the company’s management decided to continue outsourcing some services, entrusting us with the ongoing management of selected areas. We began working with Makel in 2015 – right from the company’s inception. Since then, we have been providing comprehensive accounting, HR and payroll services. Our partnership with Navic began in 2011 and continues to this day – in the field of accounting services. Direct contact with the administration department and the finance director streamlines our day-to-day collaboration, particularly when it comes to bookkeeping and clarifying any queries. Even before the digitisation of documents was fully underway, we carried out part of the work directly at the client’s premises, for a few days each month, providing accounting services and specialist support to the administrative staff.

After several years of working with Krafton Accounting, the client decided to switch to a different accountancy firm. However, after some time, they contacted us again – and we have been working together continuously for the past 5 years. We provide accounting services; due to the large volume of documents, bookkeeping is carried out on a regular basis and we complete the month-end closing by the 15th of each month.
The company’s Polish branch was established in early 2022. Thanks to the option of renting a registered office address from our firm, the company decided to base itself in Poznań. The PNO Group operates in markets including Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands, using its own accounting software. In Poland, the accounts are kept in Polish, using the client’s chart of accounts, in accordance with local tax requirements. In addition to standard services, we also reconcile the accounting entries from our system with the client’s general ledgers, ensuring they are fully consistent.
